Stainless Steel Sanitary Spring Loaded Ball Check Valve
A stainless steel sanitary check valve is a non-return valve designed for hygienic applications in industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. It allows fluid to flow in one direction only, preventing backflow that could cause contamination or system damage. Made with smooth, crevice-free surfaces, it ensures easy cleaning and compliance with sanitary standards. Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary check valve operates through automatic pressure response. When fluid flows in the correct direction, it pushes the internal disc or ball to open the valve. If flow reverses, the backpressure forces the disc to close tightly against the seat, preventing backflow. This process happens without external control, ensuring safe, one-way flow.

Till now, we have 50 sets of LG Mazak machines, local CNC machines,automatic machining unit.We have the full inspecting quality control equipment: 1nos Ra roughness instrument, 3nos stainless steel spectrometer,roundness instrument,thickness instrument, radius instrument, 3 nos pressure testing center.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
7. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
