A sanitary stainless steel check valve is a hygienic one-way flow device used in food, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. It prevents backflow contamination with CIP/SIP-compatible designs, featuring mirror-polished surfaces (Ra≤0.8µm) and crevice-free construction. The valve operates via spring-assisted discs or gravity flaps, ensuring zero product retention. It meets 3A/FDA standards for critical processes like aseptic filling and clean-in-place systems, maintaining sterile integrity while withstanding high-temperature sterilization.

Working Principle
The sanitary stainless steel check valve operates through differential pressure: when inlet pressure exceeds outlet pressure, the spring-loaded disc lifts to allow unidirectional flow. During flow reversal, the 316L stainless steel spring forces the disc onto a laser-polished seat, creating a zero-leak seal. Its full-bore design prevents product trapping, while CIP spray coverage ensures thorough cleaning. The system maintains sterility during high-purity processes like pharmaceutical transfer or dairy processing.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
