A sanitary stainless steel plug valve is a hygienic rotary-flow control device used in dairy, pharmaceutical, and food processing. It features a polished 316L body (Ra≤0.8µm) with a 90° rotating conical plug for bubble-tight shutoff. The CIP/SIP-compatible design eliminates dead zones, while PTFE-free seals ensure FDA compliance. Ideal for high-viscosity fluids like creams or syrups, it provides low-torque operation and sterility assurance in critical processes

Working Principle
The sanitary stainless steel plug valve operates via a precision-machined conical plug that rotates 90 degrees within the valve body. When the handle/actuator turns, the plug's bore aligns with the pipeline for full-bore flow or blocks it completely for shutoff. The PTFE-free sealing system ensures zero leakage , while self-lubricating coatings reduce friction. Designed for CIP/SIP cycles, its mirror-polished surfaces prevent bacterial buildup, maintaining sterile integrity in high-purity applications.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
