Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary rotary lobe pump operates by two synchronized rotors rotating in opposite directions. As the lobes rotate, they create expanding cavities on the inlet side, drawing fluid in without metal-to-metal contact. The liquid is then trapped in the chambers between the lobes and pump casing, carried around the interior, and moved to the discharge side where the cavity decreases and fluid is pushed out. This process allows gentle, low-shear transfer, ensuring product integrity, clean-in-place compatibility, and precise volumetric flow.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
