A stainless steel is a mechanical device used in steam systems to remove condensate (water formed by the condensation of steam) and non-condensable gases from the steam system while preventing the escape of steam. Steam traps are essential components in steam distribution systems, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment.

Working Principle
Stainless steel sanitary steam trap automatically discharges condensate in the system by sensing the temperature difference or pressure change between steam and condensate to prevent water accumulation in steam pipes or equipment. Its internal structure usually consists of a float, a temperature sensing element or a pressure difference control device. When the condensate accumulates to a certain extent or the temperature drops, the valve automatically opens to drain; when the steam flow is restored, the valve closes to ensure that the steam in the system remains dry.
