Product Description
The stainless steel sanitary powder butterfly valve works by rotating a central disc within the valve body to control powder flow. When the disc is aligned with the flow, powder passes through freely. Rotating the disc perpendicularly blocks the flow. The low-friction surface minimizes sticking and residue buildup. An airtight seal ensures no leakage during operation. The valve is usually manually or pneumatically actuated for precise control. Its quick-release design allows easy cleaning without removing the entire assembly.

1.Disc edge curvature prevents powder bridging
The specially contoured disc edge reduces dead zones and allows fine powders to pass without bridging, improving flow consistency and reducing clogging.
2.Non-stick polished sealing surface
Mirror-polished sealing zones minimize material adhesion, helping powders slide off the disc during closing for better cleanability and product integrity.
3.Offset shaft to reduce friction torque
The slightly offset shaft design lowers contact friction, which makes manual or pneumatic actuation smoother and more energy efficient.
4.Dust-tight seal with micro-groove ring fit
A custom compressed seal geometry fits tightly even under low-pressure powder loads, ensuring leak-free operation in vertical or slanted setups.
5.Tool-free clamp unlocking for fast inspection
The quick-release body clamp enables frequent maintenance or batch changeovers without tools, helping reduce downtime in cleanroom conditions.
6.Thicker disc core to resist granular abrasion
The disc includes a reinforced midsection that withstands abrasive solids, extending the valve's service life in powder handling lines.

3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How many factories do you have?

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
6. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
7. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
