Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary hopper works by receiving bulk material from the top inlet and holding it temporarily. Due to its conical shape, material flows downward by gravity toward the outlet. A valve or feeder at the bottom controls discharge rate. The polished inner surface prevents sticking and ensures smooth flow. During emptying, the hopper allows precise dosing or continuous feeding. After use, CIP spray systems can clean the interior without disassembly, maintaining hygienic integrity for the next batch.
