Stainless Steel Sanitary Air Pressure Release Safety Relief Reducing Exhaust Regulating Valve(JN-SFT2110)
The safety valve is used to used to keep the set pressure in the system. The sanitary safety valve plays a role of safety protection in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the sanitary safety valve opens to discharge part of the gas/fluid in the system into the atmosphere/pipeline, so that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, so as to ensure that the system does not cause accidents due to excessive pressure.
Description
The safety valve is used to used to keep the set pressure in the system. When the system pressure is higher than set pressure, valve open to reduce the pressure, so it also named pressure relief valve or pressure release valve. Before the valve is dispatched, we have set the pressure to given value. If needed, a pressure gauge needs to be installed before the inlet of safety valve.
Working principle
This safety valve is a self-control valve relying on medium pressure. A specific pressure is calibrated by adjusting the compression spring of the regulating cover and the lock nut. The calibrated pressure is the maximum safe pressure value which set to avoid damage to the pipeline equipment.When the pipeline pressure exceeds the set pressure , the valve seat will automatically open, the medium is discharged and the pressure in the pipeline system is released to protect the pipeline and equipment. When the pressure of pipeline returns to the normal value, the valve seat will be forced automatically to push back, finally valve automatically closes.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO, FDA, LFGB, CE, PED certificate . We also have some patents in design.
3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control ,the most important is to avoid material mixing .
In our factory , 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine..... all machines help in inspection.
2 staff inspect during production in different sections
5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
