Working principle
The working principle of a stainless steel sanitary diaphragm pump involves reciprocating diaphragms that create a vacuum to draw fluid into the pump chamber. When the diaphragm moves back, it pulls fluid in through a one-way valve. As it moves forward, it pushes the fluid out through another valve. This cycle repeats, enabling gentle and hygienic fluid transfer. The fluid never contacts the mechanical parts, ensuring contamination-free operation, making it ideal for sanitary processes.
