Our Premium Grade Full Lift Safety Valve is ingeniously designed to ensure unwavering reliability and exceptional performance in pressure management systems. It functions as a guardian of your system's integrity by maintaining the desired set pressure. In situations where system pressure escalates beyond the predetermined threshold, the valve automatically opens to alleviate the pressure, earning it the alternate titles of 'pressure relief valve' or 'pressure release valve'. Prior to dispatch, each valve is meticulously calibrated to a specified pressure value, ensuring precision and readiness for immediate deployment. For optimal performance, it's recommended to install a pressure gauge upstream of the safety valve. During standard operations, the valve remains securely closed. The valve is meticulously tuned to a specific pressure through the adjustable spring mechanism, tailored using the pressure nut. As soon as the system pressure reaches an excess point, the valve springs open, allowing fluid to traverse through and effectively curtailing the pressure within the pipeline system. Additionally, this valve offers the convenience of a manual handle, facilitating partial valve opening. This feature is particularly advantageous during spot cleaning processes, permitting seamless flow of cleaning agents.
Working Principle
This innovative safety valve operates as a self-regulating mechanism, utilizing the pressure of the medium itself to ensure optimal safety. By expertly adjusting the compression spring within the regulating cover along with the lock nut, a specific pressure threshold is precisely calibrated. This threshold represents the maximum permissible pressure, effectively safeguarding your pipeline equipment from potential harm. Should the pressure within the pipeline surpass this critical set point, the valve seat swiftly and automatically opens, allowing the medium to be discharged and the excessive pressure within the system to be alleviated. Once the pressure has been restored to normal levels, the valve seat is automatically compelled to close, ensuring the valve swiftly returns to its closed state.

3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control ,the most important is to avoid material mixing .
In our factory , 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine..... all machines help in inspection.
2 staff inspect during production in different sections
5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
