Working Principle
The reactor is initially charged with the required raw materials, which could include liquids, solids, or gases.To initiate or sustain the chemical reaction, the temperature inside the reactor is carefully controlled.A jacketed design surrounds the reactor with a chamber through which heating or cooling fluids (such as steam, water, or thermal oil) are circulated.Pressure relief valves ensure that the reactor doesn't exceed safety limits.Inside the reactor, an agitator (mixing device) rotates at controlled speeds to ensure proper mixing of reactants, facilitating uniform heat distribution and better contact between the chemicals.As the materials react, the system continuously monitors key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and composition via sensors.
