Working Principle
A stainless steel mixing tank works by using an agitator or mixer to blend, mix, or homogenize various materials such as liquids, semi-solids, or powders.Materials are introduced into the tank through inlet ports or an open lid.The agitator or mixer, powered by an electric motor, starts to rotate.The agitator creates turbulence in the material, ensuring that the contents are blended evenly.Baffles inside the tank (optional) help enhance the mixing process by preventing vortex formation, ensuring better movement and even distribution of the materials.Once the mixing process is complete, the product is discharged through an outlet valve at the bottom of the tank.
