China Stainless Steel Sanitary Food Grade Angle Type Inline Filter Strainer
A stainless steel food grade welded mesh Y type filter strainer designed for high cleanliness filtration in dairy, beverage, yogurt, and food processing systems. Constructed with sanitary grade SS304 or SS316L and precision woven or welded mesh, it enables efficient removal of suspended solids while ensuring corrosion resistance and hygiene. Its compact Y shape and duplex basket design facilitate in line installation, backlog-free operation, and easy maintenance.
Working principle
When the fluid enters the Y duplex welded mesh filter strainer, it flows through the conical wire mesh basket, where solid particulates are captured by the tea wire mesh. The duplex basket configuration allows uninterrupted operation-fluid is diverted to the clean chamber while the other basket is cleaned or serviced. This ensures continuous filtration, hygiene, and protection of downstream process equipment.

Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
6. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
7. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
