A stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump is a hygienic fluid transfer system designed for contamination-sensitive industries. Working Principle
Sanitary centrifugal pumps move fluids through high-speed impeller rotation. First, liquid enters through the sanitary inlet into the 316L stainless steel volute. Next, the precision-balanced impeller (2000-5000 RPM) creates centrifugal force, pushing fluid outward. Then, kinetic energy converts to pressure as fluid exits through the polished discharge port. The hermetic seal-less design prevents contamination, while CIP/SIP-ready surfaces ensure sterilization. Finally, adjustable frequency drives control flow rates (5-500m³/h) gently for shear-sensitive products. This process achieves hygienic transfer in pharma/food applications while meeting 3A/EHEDG standards.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
