A sanitary stainless steel micro metric butterfly valve is a flow control device that can start, stop, or slow the flow of fluid through a pipe. It's made of stainless steel and has a round, split body with a disc, or "butterfly", in the middle of the pipe. The disc is attached to rods that position it in the body and connect to a handle or actuator on the outside of the valve. The valve can be controlled manually or with an actuator.

Working Principle
A sanitary stainless steel micro metric butterfly valve with a valve position dial operates by rotating a disc within its body to regulate fluid flow: when open, the disc aligns parallel to the flow direction, allowing unimpeded passage, while closing involves rotating the disc perpendicular to block flow. Its stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and durability, ideal for sanitary applications in industries like food and pharmaceuticals. The micro metric adjustment feature enables precise flow rate control through fine adjustments, crucial for maintaining optimal process conditions.      In quality control ,the most important is to avoid material mixing . 
     In our factory , 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.     
     Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine.....  all machines help in inspection.
     2 staff inspect during production in different sections
     5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.

For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

     3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
