What is a sanitary 3-way multiport stainless steel ball valve?

• A sanitary multiport 3-way stainless steel ball valve is a specialized valve designed for use in industries where hygiene and cleanliness are critical, such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

Detailed description:

• A sanitary multiport 3-way stainless steel ball valve is composed of several key components that work together to control the flow of fluids in a sanitary and hygienic manner. The key components are housing body, ball, ports, seals, actuator, and drainability features. The main housing body is designed to withstand the conditions of sanitary processes and provide a durable, corrosion-resistant enclosure for the internal components. The ball controls the flow of liquid the position of the ball determines the flow path, and it can be manipulated to direct the fluid to different outlets. A 3-way valve has three ports: an inlet port and two outlet ports. The arrangement of these ports allows for various flow configurations. Seals play important role for preventing leakage around the ball. The actuator is responsible for moving the ball within the valve to control the flow. There is a drain ability feature that is incorporated to ensure complete drainage of the process fluid, reducing the risk of cross-contamination between different batches.

Working principle:

• The working principle of a sanitary multi-port 3-way stainless steel ball valve is based on the ability to control the position of a ball within the valve body, allowing for different flow paths and configurations. 
• In the initial position, the ball inside the valve is positioned to allow flow from the inlet port to one of the two outlet ports. When the valve needs to change the flow direction or configuration, the actuator is activated. Activating the actuator causes the ball to rotate within the valve body. As the ball turns, the fluid flow paths change, and different ports become open or closed. As the ball rotates, it can block one outlet port while opening the other. This reconfigures the flow path, redirecting the fluid to a different destination.

     In quality control ,the most important is to avoid material mixing . 
     In our factory , 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.     
     Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine.....  all machines help in inspection.

     5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.

For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

     3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
