The stainless steel sanitary screw pump is a positive displacement delivery pump with a single screw structure. It is designed for high-cleanliness industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and biology. It is suitable for conveying high-viscosity, particle-containing, and shear-sensitive fluids. It is mainly composed of a screw (rotor) and a stator. The rotor rotates eccentrically in the stator to produce a sealed cavity to achieve continuous and smooth fluid delivery without agitation or foam.
Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary screw pump forms a closed delivery cavity in the pump cavity through the eccentric rotation of the screw (rotor) in the stator. As the rotor rotates, the fluid is continuously and evenly pushed to the outlet.
