The is a special pump designed for industries with high sanitation standards (food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.). It uses 316L stainless steel or higher grade materials, has both conveying and mixing functions, and ensures efficient processing of fluids in a closed sterile environment.

Working principle
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary mixing pump is to generate centrifugal force through the high-speed rotating impeller or rotor, suck the liquid into the pump cavity and pressurize it for delivery, and use a specially designed shear impeller or mixing structure to efficiently shear, stir and homogenize the medium. The mixing intensity and flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the speed to meet different process requirements. It is suitable for high sanitation standard working conditions that require simultaneous delivery and mixing.
