Product Description

This is an industrial-grade stainless steel flange safety valve made primarily of CF3M (304 stainless steel), suitable for pipeline systems in various fields such as chemical, energy, and fluid transportation. It features a 150 pressure rating flange connection design, ensuring convenient installation and stable sealing. Its all-metal stainless steel structure combines strong corrosion resistance and durability, making it a core component for ensuring pipeline overpressure safety.

When the pipeline medium pressure reaches a preset value, the valve disc is pushed upwards by the medium pressure, overcoming the spring load to open, allowing the overpressure medium to be discharged through the vent. Once the pipeline pressure drops back to a safe range, the spring force pushes the valve disc back to its original position, achieving a sealed closure, thus maintaining stable pipeline pressure in this cycle.
