are sealing elements specially used in high-sanitary standard industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. They are made of 316L stainless steel and food-grade elastomers, with mirror polished surfaces (Ra≤0.8μm), corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant (-40ºC~150ºC), and support CIP/SIP cleaning. They comply with FDA/3A certification and ensure reliable sealing in sterile environments.

Working Principle
Stainless steel sanitary seals fill the microscopic gaps on the contact surface through elastic deformation, and use the composite structure of metal/elastomer to form a tight seal under pressure. At the same time, their mirror polishing and corrosion-resistant materials ensure long-term leak-proofness and high-temperature sterilization resistance in sanitary environments.
