                  SS304 Sanitary Stainless Steel Welded Butterfly Valve

A  is a hand-operated valve used to open, close, or throttle flow in hygienic pipelines. It is widely applied in dairy, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries where cleanliness is essential. The valve's smooth surfaces and quick-disassembly design support CIP/SIP cleaning. Working principle
The stainless steel sanitary manual butterfly valve works by rotating a disc inside the valve body using a manual handle. Turning the handle rotates the disc 90 degrees to either open or close the flow path. When fully open, the disc aligns with the pipeline to allow maximum flow. When closed, the disc seals against the seat to stop flow completely. The valve's sanitary design ensures minimal contamination and easy cleaning during operation.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
