Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary divert valve works by shifting a sealing element to redirect the flow path. When actuated, the valve stem moves the plug or disc to open one flow port while closing another. This alternating action allows fluid to be directed to different pipelines. The internal passages are smooth and drainable, preventing residue buildup. The valve is often controlled pneumatically for precise, automated switching. This mechanism enables fast, hygienic redirection of fluids during processes like cleaning, product changeover, or batching.

Stainless steel sanitary valve are widely used in high cleanliness industries and have the following significant feature:
1.Cavity-Free Switching Chamber
The internal switching area is designed without voids or pockets, allowing full media discharge during switching. This eliminates product hold-up, reducing cross-contamination and ensuring high-purity line integrity.

2.Double-O-Ring Spindle Sealing
Instead of standard single-seal spindles, this valve uses a double O-ring system, enhancing protection against external leakage and offering improved sealing redundancy during pressure shifts.

3.External-Accessible Actuator Mount
The actuator connection is isolated from product zones and accessible without disassembly. This provides tool-free maintenance access, minimizing downtime in cleanroom environments.

4.Sloped Flow Path Geometry

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
