A diaphragm pump is a type of positive displacement pump that moves liquids or slurries using a flexible diaphragm and check valves. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and wastewater treatment, due to its ability to safely handle corrosive, viscous, or abrasive fluids.

This pump creates suction and discharge pressure using a flexible diaphragm, sometimes called a membrane pump. It operates without seals or lubrication in the pumping chamber, ensuring the liquid does not contact moving parts. It can be driven by air (air-operated double diaphragm pump, AODD) or mechanically (motor, crank, or hydraulic drive).

Working Principle:

Suction Stroke

• The diaphragm is pulled back, generating a vacuum inside the pumping chamber.

• The inlet check valve opens, allowing the liquid to flow in.

Discharge Stroke

• The diaphragm moves forward, compressing the liquid.

• The inlet valve closes, the outlet check valve opens, and the liquid is pushed out under pressure.

Cycle Repeats

• In air-operated types, compressed air alternates between two diaphragms, creating continuous pumping.

• In mechanical types, a crankshaft or hydraulic system drives the diaphragm back and forth.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
