Stainless steel electric square high-pressure homogenizer :

The working principle is based on high-pressure homogenization, where milk emulsion is forced through a precision-designed homogenizing valve under extremely high pressure. Sudden pressure drop, intense shear force, turbulence, and cavitation occur simultaneously, breaking fat globules and dispersed particles into much finer and more uniform sizes.

The quick-connect stainless steel structure enables stable and hygienic operation, allowing the homogenizer to maintain consistent pressure and flow during continuous processing.
