Product Description

Stainless steel lap joint stub ends are essential pipe fittings designed to pair with loose flanges for reliable pipeline connection joints. Working Principle:
The stainless steel lap joint stub end matches freely rotating loose flanges to fasten pipeline sections together. One end is welded firmly onto the straight pipe body, while the flanged lip provides a flat sealing contact surface for the loose flange to clamp and compress gaskets tightly. Its smooth inner bore keeps fluid flow unobstructed with low flow resistance and little pressure drop. Without threaded connections, full penetration welding ensures integral structural rigidity; the turnover lip bears clamping force evenly, avoiding deformation and leakage. This structure facilitates quick inspection, maintenance and pipe dismantling, perfectly adapting to complex, frequently overhauled industrial piping systems.
