It operates based on thermodynamic and magnetic disc principles, using pressure and temperature differences to open or close the valve automatically. Is typically installed at the lowest points of the pipeline or downstream of heat exchangers and steam equipment. In these positions, it functions to discharge accumulated condensate while retaining live steam within the system. Stainless Steel Sanitary Grade Thermodynamic Pressure Magnetic Steam Trap:

1.Thermodynamic Principle Operation
The trap works based on the difference in kinetic energy between steam and condensate. When cold condensate enters, the disc lifts easily, allowing discharge. As hot steam reaches the disc, pressure builds up above it, causing the disc to close instantly and prevent steam loss.

2.Magnetic Disc Control
The magnetic mechanism enhances the sealing stability of the disc, ensuring quick and precise movement. This magnetic force helps maintain tight closure during high-pressure steam flow, preventing leakage and extending the valve's service life under harsh operating conditions.
