Work Principle
The working principle of a stainless steel sanitary ball valve is to open or close the valve by rotating the valve core, which is a ball with a hole or port in the middle. When the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow occurs; when the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, blocking flow. Stainless steel ball valves are durable, reliable, and versatile, commonly used in industries like food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and water treatment. Stainless steel is a popular choice for ball valves due to its resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and rust, even in high moisture environments. The valve's structure includes a spherical ball housed within a stainless steel valve body, seats made of elastomeric or thermoplastic materials for sealing, and a stem connected to an external handle or actuator. Operation involves turning the handle 90 degrees to align the hole in the ball with the flow path for an open position or turning it back 90 degrees to block flow. JoNeng was established in July 2007, located in Wenzhou, China. Totally around 100 nos of workers and the factory Covers 6800m2.
We have three manufacturing factories under Joneng enterprise. Jiayuan is especially into elbow, tee, reducer fittings in both sanitary grade and schedule grade ; Lingdong is focusing into ferrule, union, sight glass, butterfly valves which are produced from CNC machines; Ezo is into manhole covers and small tanks.

3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control ,the most important is to avoid material mixing .
In our factory , 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine..... all machines help in inspection.
2 staff inspect during production in different sections
5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
