The Premium Grade Full Lift Safety Valve is engineered to maintain the set pressure within your system efficiently and reliably. Once the system pressure surpasses the predetermined threshold, this remarkable valve springs into action, opening up to alleviate excess pressure. This functionality earns it alternate names such as the Pressure Relief Valve or Pressure Release Valve. Prior to shipment, each valve is meticulously calibrated to a precise pressure value. For optimal performance, consider installing a pressure gauge just before the inlet of the safety valve. Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains securely shut, ensuring system stability. The valve's pressure is finely tuned via the adjustable spring and pressure nut. Should the pipeline's pressure escalate beyond the safe limit, the valve automatically opens, allowing fluid to pass through and effectively mitigating pressure within the pipeline system. For added utility, the valve can be fitted with a handle, enabling partial opening. During spot cleaning procedures, this handle can be engaged to keep the valve open, facilitating the flow of cleaning products through the system effortlessly.

Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine..... all machines help in inspection.
2 staff inspect during production in different sections
5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical....
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
