SS316L High Suction Head Variable Speed 22kW Accutron Rubber Rotary Stainless Steel Lobe Pump is a positive displacement sanitary pump designed to transfer high-viscosity, shear-sensitive, or particle-containing fluids with maximum efficiency. It is widely used in food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries because it delivers gentle handling, reliable performance, and hygienic compliance.

A rotary lobe pump moves liquid by the synchronized rotation of rubber-coated lobes inside the pump chamber. With no direct contact between the lobes, the pump ensures low shear, high suction lift, and consistent flow delivery. Powered by a 22kW variable-speed Accutron drive, it provides precise flow control across different applications.

 

Working Principle

Suction Phase

• The rotating lobes create an expanding volume at the inlet side.

• This generates a strong suction head, drawing fluid into the chamber.

Discharge Phase

• As the lobes continue to rotate, the fluid is trapped and transported around the chamber.

• The liquid is then pressed toward the outlet under controlled pressure.

Cycle Repeats

• Continuous lobe rotation ensures a steady, pulse-free flow.

• The variable frequency controller adjusts the pumping speed to match process requirements.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
